Follow the principle of least privilege when assigning roles. Give users only the permissions they need to perform their job functions. Regularly audit user accounts and remove access for employees who no longer need it.

Version History
PihuPulse maintains a version history of your templates, allowing you to revert to previous versions if needed. This is useful for tracking changes and ensuring consistency over time.
Best Practice
When creating templates, focus on questions that reveal a candidate's actual capabilities rather than theoretical knowledge. Include scenario-based questions that simulate real job situations to better assess how candidates would perform in the role.
