Best Practice

Follow the principle of least privilege when assigning roles. Give users only the permissions they need to perform their job functions. Regularly audit user accounts and remove access for employees who no longer need it.

Managing Templates

Templates can be shared with specific users or departments. This allows for standardized screening processes across your organization while maintaining control over who can use each template.

Duplicating and Editing

You can duplicate existing templates to create variations for different roles or departments. This saves time when creating similar screening processes.

Version History

PihuPulse maintains a version history of your templates, allowing you to revert to previous versions if needed. This is useful for tracking changes and ensuring consistency over time.

Best Practice

When creating templates, focus on questions that reveal a candidate's actual capabilities rather than theoretical knowledge. Include scenario-based questions that simulate real job situations to better assess how candidates would perform in the role.
