Our Story
PihuPulse was born from a simple observation: traditional recruitment processes are inefficient, time-consuming, and often biased. Our founders, Sarah Johnson and Michael Chen, experienced these challenges firsthand in their previous roles.
In 2024, they set out to create a solution that would leverage artificial intelligence to make recruitment more efficient, fair, and effective. They assembled a team of experts in AI, recruitment, and product development to build what would become PihuPulse.
